QUESTIONS YOU MUST ASK WHEN CHOOSING AN ADULT NOVELTY PARTY PLAN COMPANY TO JOIN
Remember, this will be YOUR business. The more you know about it,
the better you will be. So I have compiled a list of questions that I feel are
"must knows" when choosing your business. I have also answered these questions
according to the Party Gal's plan. If you are currently comparing companies, it
is a good idea to ask these questions and compare answers to find the best
suited company for you.
How long has this company been in business? How many
distributors/consultants do you have?
Party Gals was founded in 1994. A top distributor for over a decade
with another adult party plan company that went out of business founded
Party Gals when she was left with this lucrative business she had built but no
company to "work" for. So Future Fun was born and Party Gals quickly became the
fastest growing business of this sort. Party Gals is rated number one in the
adult novelty party plan companies, still today. Party Gals has almost 7000
distributors in the US and growing every day!
Is there an application fee to become a distributor?
No! Unlike other companies, there is no "application fee", just the
cost of your kit!
How much are the kits and what is the retail value?
4 kits are available: $250 kit = $500 retail, $500 kit = $100
retail, $1000 kit = $2500
retail and the $2500 inventory kit plan = $6000 retail.
Will I ever be charged more than my initial investment for
the kit?
No, unlike other companies that charge you the full retail price of
the kit if you do not qualify, Party Gal's will never
charge you more than the listed cost of the kit. Once you order it,
the kit is yours.
Do I have to qualify to be a consultant? How do I qualify?
What happens if I do not qualify?
No, there is no qualification period with Party Gals. Other
companies have you at a low profit until you qualify.
How much profit will I make on my sales when I begin?
You will start out at 40% with the $250 or $500 kit and 50% with the
$1000 and $2500 kits. Then based on our incentive plan
you can quickly increase your discount level to 50% or more!
What is the least and the most profit I can make? Are there
some items the profit is less?
40% is the least amount of profit you will make with Party Gal's on
your sales. Volume is the retail value of all orders you place and
all commission through your website. Only shipping and the fee for
your website are not included. You can make more than 50% by taking
advantage of distributor specials, weekly specials, weekend items on
sale and monthly dozen pricing. There is no limit to the amount you
can make. You will make additional for your recruits, personal sales
volume and for reaching incentives. Some items are now available at
a "net" cost. You can decide the retail selling price.
When and how do I get paid for my sales?
Your customers will pay you retail cost for the product they order.
You will then place your order for the product they are purchasing and pay
wholesale cost. Anything left over from what you collected at the party is your
profit! So you are paid at the time of the sale and/or party. Any commission
checks that your earn for web site sales, recruits, or incentives will be sent
out on the 20th of the following month.
Are there minimum sales requirements? What happens if I do
not reach them?
There is a very low $100 retail per month or $300 retail over 90 days to be
considered a "Premiere Distributor". This entitles you to corporate party
leads in your area, distributor log in to place orders and a Senior Account
Representative to assist you with your business. For certain incentive
levels, there may be personal sales levels you need to achieve to receive
additional commission checks or credits.
Do I have the freedom to sell products to whom ever , and
where ever I want?
Yes. You can sell product to men, women, companies or even eBay if
you want. Sell out of your car, a store, over the Internet just as long as you
are obeying the law.
Do I have the freedom to choose to do Co-Ed or couples
parties?
Yes. We believe that this type of product is for couples. Therefore,
it should be available to both the men and women to purchase the items they
like. Ladies only parties are great, but if you have a hostess who wants her
husband and her guests husbands to attend her party, you have an option to allow
them if you want. Other companies will not allow you to have
men at your parties, even if they are gay men. We believe this is YOUR business,
and you can choose to do couples parties and co-ed parties in addition to ladies
only.
Will the company give me party leads? If so, how do I get
them?
Yes. If a someone calls into the Party Gals office and wants to have
a party, the party lead will go to the closest Premiere
Distributor. If there is more than one Premiere Distributor in a zip code, the
party leads will be given out evenly. Other companies may make you pay for
party leads. Party Gals will never do this. My website also receives nationwide
requests and I pass them on to YOU, as part of my downline. Once you join you
are invited to put yourself on my map of distributors that help me to refer
parties.
Do I have to give my customer & hostess information to the
company when I place my orders?
No. You are placing your orders wholesale and they come right to
you. You will never need to disclose hostess or customer information
to Party Gals. Your customers are YOUR customers.
Are the products that I will be selling for your company
guaranteed? What happens if something needs to be replaced because it is
defective?
If something is defective, just send it back to Party Gals
within 30 days of purchase with the appropriate form describing the problem and
they will send you a replacement. We also offer a 2X warranty which will
double the warranty to 60 days for a nominal fee.
How often are new products introduced? How often do new
catalogs come out?
We are always adding new products to our line. Catalogs are updated
at least once a year.
Does the company pay the hostess credits?
No, Party Gals does not pay hostess credits you will. You may be
thinking this is a bad thing. Many people may try to tell you that this will
drop your commission rate. It will NOT! The companies who do pay hostess credits
only take care of the hostess and you will not make profit from her order. Other
companies will require you to disclose customer information and they may also
require you to pay retail for the orders and wait for a check to pay your profit
from the party. We feel it is a better system to let you take care of the
hostess credit. Remember, if a hostess has a $500 party, her hostess credit is
only based on her guests sales, so the credit will be $50 and your cost is only
$25. It will be less than 5% of your profit from the party. It also gives you
the freedom to offer more incentives and additional gifts if you want to do that
for certain hostesses for holidays or other specials. I typically my hostess her
the most expensive item at 50% off.
Will I pay sales tax on all items I order even inventory or
items I will place in my demo kit?
No, you are not charged any taxes on your orders. You will
charge your customers the state sales tax according to the tax rate in your
state.
What do I have to do to be considered an active consultant?
You are active as long as you are placing orders, $100 retail each month or
$300 retail over a 90 day period qualifies you as a Premier Distributor.
What happens if I go inactive? What do I have to do to
reactivate myself?
Nothing will happen if you go inactive. To "reactivate" you just
simply place an order.
Am I required to recruit new consultants for the company?
What do I get if I do?
No, you are not required to recruit. If you do get a recruit you
will receive a higher discount level and a percent of your recruits sales
in either free product or a commission check. Depending on your incentive level,
you may get higher percentages and even bonuses.
What other incentives to I get for my sales and my recruits?
For every $1000 in retail sales in a month you will always get 1.5%
in free product. Reach the Gold and Platinum Sales Clubs and get a $150 or $350
American Express Gift Card bonus. You can also get, bonuses for recruiting, a
percentage of your 1st, 2nd and 3rd downlines. You will be able to view the 2008
Incentive Plan for all the extra commissions and incentives you can earn after
joining.
Does the company have a web site? Can I have my own domain
in the company web site?
Yes and yes. And you can choose the name for your site, and the
design template.
How much does it cost? Am I paid on my web site sales and
how will I be paid?
Your basic partygals.biz site costs $14.95 a month. You
will get a 30 day trial. Any orders that come in through your site are
shipped directly to the customers and Party Gals will send you a check on the
15th of the following month for 40% of the products purchased, or
you may opt to use the commission toward an order.
Can I process my own orders online?
Yes, it is very easy. You can save, edit and send your orders online
and they are shipped to you the next business day.
Can I view my personal sales and my recruits on my web site?
Yes, you will be able to view every order you make in your "account
activity" on your web site. You can also view and keep track of your recruits
and their sales.
If I have a company web site, can I view the traffic on my
site?
Yes, you will be able to see a list of anyone who has came to your
web site to request catalogs, information on becoming a
distributor or placed an order. This is beneficial because you can follow up
with these people, send specials to them and add them to your client or customer
list.
Will I have any advertising restrictions on my web site or
my business?
No, you may advertise where ever or how ever you want. You can
advertise and sell on eBay or a national magazine, it is up to you. When you use
the Party Gal logo on your ads, you may want to be it cleared with the home
office but there are no restrictions or boundaries on your advertising.
Can I do expos, shows and fair booth type events? Does the
company help me to do them?
Yes, you can do all of these types of events if you want to. Party
Gals will give you up to 25% of your cost (up to $250) in free products, FOUR
times a year. Details are in the Incentive Plan.
What are the customer service hours? Who will I call if I
have questions or need assistance even if it is after office hours?
Party Gals has 24 hour customer service. If you have questions you
could ask your recruiter or you can call your customer
service rep. There is always a REAL person to speak with when you need to. There
is no chain of command like other companies, no leaving voice messages and
waiting for a return call. The 24 hour customer service is there to help you to
succeed!
Are there weekly or monthly meetings I will need to attend?
No, we don't have required meetings. We have regional Meet-N-Greets
that are optional and extremely helpful. We have online training demos
that you can view at your leisure. And a training manual is online and included
in your kit. I also have a group chat to assist you twice a month. Weekly
conference calls are also available.
Is there a yearly convention? Where is it and how much does
it cost to attend?
We have our yearly convention, "March Blast", every March in Las
Vegas, Nevada. The convention will include your food, hotel room and any
transportation you will need once you get into Vegas. You can also earn the trip
for free! We also have a "Convention Club" where you can contribute as little as
$25 at a time throughout the year to go into your convention account. This makes
it easy for you to "save up" for the convention. By the way, they don't call it
"March BLAST" for nothing!!
Will I receive personal training from this company to learn
to do this business?
You will be given a training manual and a video or DVD in
your kit. Watch it as many times as you need to, to gain product knowledge
and show techniques. You may also be able to shadow another distributor at a
party if you want. You can earn the New Distributors Challenge for a paid
training vacation to Las Vegas. Or choose to attend our monthly training in Las
Vegas. Receive help, advice and ideas from your recruiter and our customer
service reps. All the forms, games, sale techniques and aids are available to
you on the web site, in your kit and through our motivating women who are there
to help women become successful nationwide. You will never be "alone",
everything you will need to get started, to become successful and to reach
outstanding levels is right at your fingertips any time you need them. Party
