My Story

 I began with Party Gals in November of 2001 after hearing about the company from a friend that produced a local morning radio show. I was trying to find a way to earn some extra money to pay off medical bills that accumulated as I had just finished chemo and radiation treatments for breast cancer in 2001.

    After reading about the opportunity to earn several hundred dollars at a single party I was intrigued. When I learned that there was a money back guarantee and that I needed only $250 to join I was hooked! I ordered my kit and the rest is history.

    Working a full time job, with a husband and 2 young sons left only weekends for parties. I started out doing a few parties a month. During 2002, the first full year I was a Party Gal I earned a free trip to Las Vegas for the convention and placed at #55 in sales for the year. The next two years I earned the convention for free and placed in the top 50 for sales! Even though I earned the conventions for free I did not attend due to my full time job requirements, and family.

    Mid way through 2004 I developed lymphedema in my hand as a result of having had my lymph nodes removed and biopsied four years earlier. I was forced to leave my full time job and took a job with flexible hours and the opportunity to work from home a few days a week. I decided at this point to really start putting more effort into Party Gals because I hated being stuck at a desk all day long.

    In March 2006 I finally attended the convention in Las Vegas and received several awards for 2005. The first was for being #40 in sales in the country. Second, was for 3rd in sales in New York State (the 3rd highest grossing state in the company) and the third was for being 9th in recruiting. I was stunned to say the least. I also made some fantastic new friends during the convention.

    Since March Blast 2006 (our convention) I have decided to go all out and really try to make Party Gals my only career! My sales have doubled and I was #4 Nationally for sales and the #1 Recruiter in the company for 2006.  I have set goals for myself and am realizing them. I have already earned  a free trip to Las Vegas in September 2006,  my trip to New Orleans for the 2007 convention and an I took an all expense paid trip to Hawaii in August 2007.

    March Blast 2008 just ended and I was named #1 for Recruiting and #2 in Sales Nationwide for 2007. I was also named the Queen for 2008! I received a new crown, roses and a FOUR karat diamond tennis bracelet!

    Party Gals has not only given me financial rewards, but a tremendous career also. I can honestly say that I love going to work. What other job allows you to work when you want and pays this well? Every party is different and fun not only for the guests, but for me too. 

All I can say is "It's not a JOB, it's a PARTY"

Debbie signed up in 2001 but did not come to her first convention until 2006. It was at that convention that Debbie decided to set some goals for herself and her business! In 2007 Debbie became the new Queen of Recruiting, whereby at that convention she set a new goal and has now completed that goal by becoming the all around Party Gals Queen!

In addition to being a full time Party Gal, Debbie also works full time as a dental insurance consultant. Between running her boys Zach (16) and Stephen (14) back and forth to soccer games, working 40 hours a week at her real "job" and being a wife to her husband Bill of almost 18 years, Debbie still has time to do parties and recruit on a constant and consistent basis!

At our past 2008 convention in New Orleans I think the thing that impressed me the most about Debbie was the fact that every time Debbie was asked to make a speech she always said that anybody can do what she has done and nobody should think that they can't. No matter where you are in the company set a goal find someone above you that you want to beat, and then do what you need to do to beat that person! Set monthly goals for yourself, set yourself up to win or place in every contest as your short term goal and you too will be on your way to reaching your long term goals!  While being unemployed for several months last year my friend and I decided to join Party Gals after looking at other similar businesses/companies.  Party Gals offered the better benefits and we were excited to get started.  We joined in August 2006 and since then I have made back the money I spend on my kit and have had a great time doing it.  My team leader is great and through our discussion group she keeps us motivated and provides us with everything we need to be successful in this company!!  I always believe you can on get out of something what you put in.  This year I am putting my all into my business and achieve my goals!  I love my Party Gals business because I get paid to party!!  I wish I would have joined sooner!
